Power Smart DB7651 Snow Blower Review

Depending on where you live in the world snow can pose a big problem. If you have a home in an area which suffers from regular snowfall then you will know the importance of being able to get it out of the way so that you can carry on with your day. This is where the humble snow blower comes into its own. These clever machines can clear large areas of snow without fuss, so the only dilemma you have left is which one should you buy?  We are here to help you decide, and today we will be taking a look at the Power Smart DB7651 to check out all of its features.

So what features does it have?

The best and most important place to start when looking at the features of a snow blower is the engine. Put simply, if it is not powerful enough then the machine is effectively useless. Fortunately, the Power Smart has a 208 cc LCT Storm Force OHV engine which should ensure that you get a powerful performance. The panel on the machine which draws in the snow measures 24 inches wide and 21 inches high, so it will be able to shift a lot of snow out of your way. It has four different forward speeds, so it doesn’t matter how thick the snowfall is, the Power Smart should be able to handle things. Not only this, but it also has two reverse gears as well so even if you do miss a spot, you can easily go back over it! What are its good points?

This machine is very simple to start up which makes life an awful lot easier! Once it is up and running it is also very easy to control and manoeuvre, meaning everyone can use it. The chute which directs the snow away from the pavement/driveway you are clearing turns very easily meaning there’s no danger of getting a coating of the cold stuff yourself! Perhaps the strongest plus point of the Power Smart is the speed with which you can put it together out the box. They sure have made it very simple!

 What are the bad points?

Whilst it is incredibly easy to put together from the box, some customers have complained that all of the parts are sometimes not in there in the first place. This is by no means a common occurrence, but it is still worth checking when you open it. Another issue some people have had with regards to the blower is the customer service received by the manufacturer.

What’s the conclusion?

For a simple, yet highly effective snow blower look no further than the Power Smart. It runs well, is easy and convenient enough to be used by all, and it won’t take very long to set up straight out of the box. If you want a machine which is reliable and one you can trust, then this could very well be the one for you.
